Would be nice if this app stop crashing. Perhaps Esso can afford to hire a student to write an app that actually works?

Cant even log in - click log in and it does nothing. Just disappointed.

When i click on login button...nothing !!!

Every time I try to login or hit the remember my email box, the app has crashed. Unusable, fix it soon please.

Ive been a collector for a long time and this app is filled with bugs. It crashes all the time. The developers need to spend a lot more time on this.

Cant log in half the time and crashes constantly. Needs serious updating. Deleting it.

Log in crashes app every time, integration into a wallet app would make points a lot easier to collect points.

I down loaded the app and I try to log in to it and it keeps closing on me

I have to agree with previous raters. Unable to log in. Come on Esso tech people we are July 2015 and still the app os not working. Switching to a competitor because of this issue.

This problem was reported in 2013 well this is 2015 and has the same problem. Is anyone able to log in and use this app? Totally useless!

how can a large corporation, like Esso, develop an app, put it in the public realm, then ignore the fact it doesnt do what was intended? no log-in, no way to track points, register or u register Speed Passes. disappointing for a company thats years, a decade+ ahead of its competition on technologies, like the automated, efficient, easy to use, Speedpass!

Passbook would make this app so much better. And being able to redeem points for car wash codes right on your phone would be nice too. Dont even have to get out of your car.

Esso should hire one or two geek to fix this

I read other reviews and thought, naw, it cant be. How can a huge company like Esso have such a poor app. Well - they do. I cant login with the dead button. I think they are using the same ideology as they do at their pumps. "Look pretty and squeeze everything they can out of the consumer with minimal customer service." Um - wheres the nearest PetroCan? Further to this - I contacted Esso and they told me they were aware of the problem and to hold the Login button 10-15 seconds to gain access. If this didnt work - then use their website. Obviously they dont care and arent in a hurry to fix the app.

Cant login to check points. Cant add card to passbook. Cant scan receipts to add points. Cant do anything.

Simple.. Click Login.. Right? Wrong!! Login link does not work, whatsoever. Laaaame.

Just to reiterate what has been mentioned a thousand times (make it a thousand and one now) your log in feature does not work, thus making your app basically useless. Just saying...not that Esso actually cares about having good customer relations
