The app doesnt let you register your card to check your points, i would use the app all the time if it worked.

This app is so old and outdated that it needs a complete overhaul to be able to compete with similar apps out there. If you want people to continue to sign up and use your points system then the app needs to be kept up to date as much as possible.

Login button doesnt work, making this app useless! Also, why isnt there Wallet/Passbook integration??

The login button does not even work. The app is just useless at this point.

No virtual card, no link to wallet, slow running. They only provide merchandising of their products

Terrible. You cant login to check your points, you cant redeem any points. The app is pretty much useless. Needs a LOT of work.

Crashes and is thus useless

Cant log in. Crashes every time I try. So frustrating

The app constantly crashes. First time downloaded the log in button was dead. Redownloaded and it crashes before I can get a chance to log in. Needs a major overhaul.

This app is useless. Every time I try to login my app crashes. Then I try and try again and nothing but crashes. They need to fix this so it works. I have a iPhone 5s it should work with my phone.

App kept crashing when I tapped the login button. Had to give one star because I couldnt give none!

Crashes in seconds after opening the app, doesnt stay stable to let you put the login info, doesnt even load the Home page often!!

Please update this application and correct some issues. Log in does not work. What is the point if you can not log in. I am a loyal customer and want to use this application to keep track of my Esso Extra points on the go. Please correct some of the issues.

Cant log in or redeem points on the fly...why use it?

It crashes when I try to sign in..

Its a pretty useless app considering it crashes all the time on me. I try to update our address and it closes every time I try Its been like this over a year with updates to the app but no fixes for the crashing. Dont see the ability to add the card to a wallet either which would be beneficial if people dont carry their card with them all the time

Keeps crashing, cant log in, when doing forgot password the time I press submit it crashes, they need to fix it!!
